We are about 30 minutes from Durango, CO and can see the mountains, but don't get quite the snow.

That flower looks almost like an Amarylis ( isn't I know). Nice color!

Well, this is supposed to be a hatching thread, guys. The Alaska folks have a social thread and will be starting a new hatching thread. Two for the price of one! Just don't want the hatching assistance to become lost in the chit-chat.

Ok, I am down to one bator going, and it's not full!!! I have 7 ameraucana from McSpin, 6 silkied ameraucana from jubaby, 7 various chocolate polish from baregretchen. I do have a few eggs coming this week and then I am done. I have had a couple breeders offer me replacements for shipping but with it getting so hot I think it's just a waste....I have to be strong and make sure I don't have dozens of chicks in the house this winter(maybe just a few

)

Some chatter in any thread is fine, of course, but when it gets to be way heavy on the chatter and so super long, it's best it goes into social. Y'all can do an actual hatching thread if you haven't already.
