I agree with both of you they are just birds-that we adore-me I Love to have really nice ones and if others like them too-well they can too through the auctions. I had birds for over a year before auctioning eggs-the auctions just help me have the birds I want is all. If the egg selling stops-so is my addiction lol...I couldn't afford to buy the kind of eggs I want without selling mine None of my birds are perfect-shoot I wouldnt know a perfect bird if I saw one:-( Im with lovins I need to look at photos words cant help me..LOL

i was over 2 years before i offered any eggs....still wont auction off any i haven't seen the results of first....the best part of all of it to be honest is being able to spend some time out in the barn with my kids....also nice to have someplace to hide when kathy gets ticked at me!!
