I second that! He is so supportive. I envy you. Mine will do what I ask but he would never be so self motivated as to build a 14 ft brooder. And it's so funny with all the people who come by my place to look at or buy chickens to watch the women with their hubbys. You can tell right away which ones are supportive or even into chickens and which ones got drug here. There was this one lady who brought her husband and while we were talking chickens I kept glancing over at him and he was falling asleep standing up and kept yawning. She finally gave him permission to go to the car and check on the kids and I never saw him again. I do get quite a lot of men who drag their wives too. Even with gays couples, it's either one or the other but not both.

wthchristis husband is just as excited as she is.

Thats my boy! Ha, I had a Fred too but he was a retarded Coro. Gave him to a lady that saw him at my place and never dreamed he would find a home, thought he would end up on someones stew pot. He reminded her of a retarded rat she used to own and she just had to have him. Go figure!

Is it OK to use the word retarded these days or is it socially incorrect? Do we use the words challenged or disabled? special needs? seriously, not making a joke. I suppose it's OK for a chicken.

I get offended when the wife calls me retarded...I prefer re re or window licker

OMG I JUST PIDDLED!!! LOLLOOOOOLLLLOLOLOLLLLL

Mentally handicapped it's called in my house--you say retarded you get in trouble by me! Seriously I say the word when my kids aren't around hehe but wont let them say it I make them say the "Mentally handicapped"

Sorry we overuse the word SPED when talking about our chickens....especially the "challenged" ones
