My birds are actually doing well!-they are used to it unfortunately:-( The only one that has done crappy is my judge judy-she's healthy as all get out but her crest was so big-shed dunk it in the waterer and then get popcycles hanging down-then tale a dust bath in the DE then dunkit in water again--repeat repeat repeat-I just cut all her crest off like 20 minutes ago-she looked like she had huge frozen dingleberries hanging off her head:-( She was so happy after I clipped her down-just the front of her head though. In the barn/garage its about 20 degrees warmer- Pukes are gone now its empty belly syndrome-I didnt weigh myself today:-( My scale is the one I use at work and Ill do it tomorrow

When I lived in NY, this roo showed up out of nowhere and lived with my horses. Always wondered why he didn't have a comb. It turned black and fell off-probably from frostbite.

When I get to a size 10, I will start tossing clothes. My boobs have gone from a 32A to a 36C in the past 10 years! I don't mind losing them if I can get back to 25-30 lbs less.

I am very proud, I made it thru 2 nights of work without gorging on cake , donuts, etc. Nurses will eat anything, and tend to graze all night. I can be good at home, but usually make up for it in 2 nights of work. It was tough, especially saying "no thanks" to picking something on a "donut run".

Okay, I weighed 125 last in 1995. Now I weigh 151 yesterday morning. It's gotta come off. From 2002 and on, it was meds that put weight on. And I quit smoking almost 2 years ago.

All the baby weight I have kept is on my butt. And the only time I've had boobs is when the babies were still feeding. DH says I like to use false advertisement (padded support).

Yep a good thing...that was the DM's goal...that unit has potential to make the company a lot of money..from what I am being told I have to do some cleaning house...some key positions filled by people that don't want to get with the "program"...they will have to get onboard or will end up canning themselves..prolly gonna shock you guys but I can be a real s.o.b.
