Hi, Everyone..can someone remind me what the blood spot is and all?...my 2 yr knocked my incubator over...everything but 2 cochin eggs are done...Dominque and Sussex were in also and the 2 cochins I think are still growing, but I see something and I am not sure it is a blood spot or not..

well, after the power outage the other night, I have one chick out and several more pips... looks like my hillbilly hatcher (see below) may have kept them alive.

nope... those will be due the 14th if they survived in the bator. The bator got down to 80 degrees and I was getting ready to pull them and put in front of the fireplace when the power came back on. This batch is a few silkies, some MGB's, and some rosecombs I was incubating for a friend.

Think u will be fine...mine made it 8 hours with no heat..second batch hatching tonight/tomorrow..will sew what's up in a few just about home
