OH I ve been through the cutting back to help me crap! I want to quit smoking DH is holding on for dear life--if it doesnt kill him.. I will LOL we need to quit Then Ill be doing atkins about 6 months later to get ris of all the caramel cream fattness!!!

I have this debate with a friend all the time, it's gotta be easier to quit smoking than eating. You still have to eat. You don't still have to smoke. But having never even tried a cigarette, what do I know?

You are such a GOOD girl! Had you grown up with me I would have ruined you....and we would have had a blast doing it!

I quit years ago, but have one every ONCE in a while. Last time I smoked was a year and a half ago. I miss it...especially with coffee.

And during summertime bbq's. Used to be a 2 pack a day Marlboro Reds. Ugh.
