Uuugghh. People make me so mad. 2 and three year old dogs and their owners just give up on them. Heart breaking.

I just looked at their application form.. good grief.
I understand they don't want to send these animals to another home that will just give up on them right away but damn.

As I think about it this could account for my stellar GPA.
