Shawnee Oklahoma APA Show - who all will be there?

My husband and I will be there Sat morning and I'd love to meet some BYC members, if just to say hello. We're about 6 hours away and will be arriving a little before noon and spend a good part of the day there. I don't have anything to show at this time but will be watching everything going on and excited about learning more about showing poultry. PM me if you would like to share cell numbers and maybe meet up somewhere there to say hello or if there are several members that would like to meet up some place there, we could set a time and the spot to meet up here.

Well I am going to be there . This will be my second poutry show and am thrilled it is so close to me . We live in Newcastle , Ok. just outside of OKC and Shawnee is about a 45 minute drive from us . I bought chickens ( hens ) this last Spring and really have enjoyed them . I love looking at all the different breeds .

I 'm about 6 hours from Shawnee but we're going to leave very early Sat morning and hope to be there before noon. I understand it's hug but I hope we'll be able to see everything and still have time to visit with a few people. We're spending the night in OK City then will come back home in the morning. We're meeting some cousins for dinner at the Cattleman's Restaurant so we're making the trip really work for us.

We will be there probably by 11 am and it would be nice to meet another BYC member . You are coming to Southwest OKC , Cattleman's is not very far from my place . I opened a restaurant about 25 years ago , Sherri's Diner , stop in if you have time .

That would be great , I am located at 704 SW 59th one street over from the major street 74th ( 240 that goes to Shawnee ) between Western and Walker on the southside of 59th , free standing building . You can't miss us as it is pink and done in the 1950's type theme . It is a blast from the past ! We open at 6am.

There will be about 40 or 50 Okie BYC folks that usually hook up on the Okies in the BYC thread.
We are gonna meet for lunch about 1:30 at a Mexican restaurant close to the show.
A lot of us will have shirts on that say People of Oklahoma Poultry Swap and have a chicken on them.
Some will be lime green or light blue.
We will be all over the place at the show.
Would love to meet other BYCer's too.
