Oh yes. . they sure can with your supervision. Long as they have a place to rest if they get tired and they can get warm and dry soon after.![]()
Adorable pics and the video! I liked the yellow one checking out the ramp to confirm his exit strategy. I'll let mine try tomorrow.
The only difference is the incubator babies won't have the oil from mama on them to keep them from getting their down drenched. That's all you gotta watch for and that they don't get shivering cold.Adorable pics and the video! I liked the yellow one checking out the ramp to confirm his exit strategy. I know broodies are sposed to get OFF THE NEST TO POOP. Don't know why she didn't. She better get the hang of things or the ducklings won't be able to breathe through the football crap eggs!
You're so very welcome. And I wish I could cuddle them too. It's so true what you say about barely taking in how adorable they truly are. It's exactly my same feeling when I see the photos. I actually inhale sharply and then gasp.
Just so Ralphie doesn't suffer confusion about who to trust, I think I better get some more call eggs soon.
Also @duluthralphie know anyone with bourbon red eggs? Friend wants some, I volunteered to hatch them.
