Shaws call duck incubation thread (hatch a wonderful(worthless to Ralphie) dux thread)

I think the lighter one is probably silver bibbed. The darker one I'm kinda having trouble making out the coloring from these pictures. I'm not seeing the claret color you're mentioning.

I think silver bibbed will work, or maybe I just call them mixed, which they are. Was just trying to figure the closest color.

Standing in the sun brings the color out a little more. Hard to capture, for sure

I am impatiently waiting to see if any of Maggie's are going to be girls. They are starting to get feathers. Thought I heard a quack yesterday but I picked them all up one by one and giggled them a bit to see if I could figure out which one it was and nothing but peep peep peep :hmm
Gosh I hope I don't have 4 more drakes:rolleyes:

He's gorgeous! Someone is selling breeder quality blue fawn dusky drakes and I'm tempted to get one to go with my pastel dusky girl, lol.

Thanks. I’m beginning to see the dusky gene in more of mine than I first realized. I think even Bonkers is carrying it because of his low amount of claret on his chest.
