Should I start misting? If so any specific instructions on doing that. .warm water. .is tap water Ok ?

So o o . . your saying I *might*possibly see some silver from her since my drake is blue fawn?They're not very common, demand isn't really high for them and they're not an accepted colorin the standard... they're a byproduct of blue breeding... same thing as splash in chickens...

2nd one looks a little small, but other 2 look ok to me... tap water is fine... I don't bother with it being warm, but some do...
Yes, you will get silvers from blue fawnxblue bibbed breeding... and blacks too... most likely those will have the grey pattern bleed through though...

B-E-A-utiful........Malibu looks almost all white, just barely has some silvery feathers around her tail area. But I love her dark bill..

WVduckchick also suggested I lightly wipe some of the bloom off. Between that and misting, it helped. I don’t know if they can tend to have a thick bloom thus not letting much moisture out.
