My turkey egg quit today too, was in lockdown, due Sunday.

And i was checking the call eggs and have an internal pip that wasn't in lockdown, not due for 4 more days! I have no idea how long its been pipped.

And my broody was due yesterday but nothing has hatched yet. She even took her break off the nest this evening!

Hatching chaos! Sorry about the Turkey, all the way to lockdown! Such a letdown. Hope the duck is still viable and that your broody was just running a bit cool.

I opened the turkey egg. Small marble size yolk unabsorbed. I believe it was the wonky air cell from shipping that caused it trouble positioning. It's head was over on the right side, beak turned into the middle of the egg. Not even close to the air cell. The post office killed that entire set.
But I found a guy in SC that wants to trade some royal palm eggs for my silver duckwing eggs.
