So, I looked at the listing on that again and it only says the probe reads temperature. It does NOT say the probe also reads humidity, so I bet it doesn't. Put the whole thing in the bag and see what happens.

:lau great catch Pyxis!

My probe ones don't read humidity thru the probe either. Just temperature.

I ran in and looked real fast on break. . it's now reading 65% with the whole thing inside the bag.
:ththat makes no sense whatsoever since your supposed to be able to run this probe out a window to get the OUTSIDE temp and humidity. :barnie

The 2 temps say IN and OUT, the humidity it one reading, so the humidity sensor is inside the big part. :hmm

Fake Eilleen....are you sure you are reading it correctly?

You can tell the difference between 2... 3....and 5 can't you?

I mean those are tricky for " normal kids"....but for some one that has been going to school as long as you have.....well, it can be down right near impossible.....

Yep. . y'all are spot on. It was reading 69% when I got home. :thit did not state on the box that the humidity was indoor. . . oh well . . I'll use it elsewhere.

here is what they had at my local hardware store. . I'm gonna try to make due with it and Holms for now I wanna set these eggs!
So Holms says my humidity in incubator is at about 20%
Is that ok to start off or should I add some water?
