PSA: If you would like to have nice things do not get a malinois. The d*mn dog is so reckless she slammed into the side of a brand new love seat and literally broke it. The wooden frame under the fabric is cracked.

Honestly I thought she broke her leg. The love seat is cheaper than getting a leg fixed so I guess it’s a small win.

There’s a bunch pike, muskie, pickerel, walleye etc.. plus a whole bunch of salt water stuff. Ive caught them all before but I only have pickerel locally. I end up getting cut by the little ones. Seems like their teeth are sharper.

Looks like someone would come up with some type of glove or two-fingered protection and market it. That may already exist, but if it does, why aren’t you and @duluthralphie wearing it?

because if you’re careful it hardly ever happens. Do you know how bad one of those gloves will stink if you keep handling fish with it? I usually use some kind of pliers but I don’t always have them with me.

Those gloves only come in one size, Snowflake.

A real man doesn’t need them. The gloves are uncomfortable and cut dexterity too much.

I didn’t have my ice gaff with me. That has been rectified.

Pro tip: If you ever catch a snapping turtle one good flick to the nose and he’ll open his mouth to allow you to gently retrieve your lure/fly.
