HMM this is interesting. the sexlinks i hatched must be an fluke accident. i have a sexlink roo and a sexlink hen. (both black stars) and i find myself putting everyone to shock here? i have yet to raise one up old enough to see if they lay as well( i alwasy sell the chicks) roos are barred and hens are black with red hackle some bolder than others. maybe they arent roos or hens. could be opposite who knows. but they look identical to my origional black stars.

Yes they will hatch out, but you can't go by the color which are male and females
 
The chicks with the white head spots look a lot like my BR babies did and the leg sexing held true for mine. Females had black shading down the front of their legs and the males had very little or solid yellow legs. It seems my chicks had white on their faces too. Good broody Mama! Congrats!
