She got a barking cough!

HELP! One of my Easter Eggers has a cough. I think it's a cough. Sounds almost bronchial/rhaspy and sometimes like 'barking". Maybe she's just discovering her voice? She is very active, very friendly. I been treating her with VetRx and the flock with Duramycin 10 in the water (4 days now). I lost 2 RIR last year and it broke my heart. Princess Sparkle (it's her personality) is my favorite. Does anyone know if I'm on the right track or not? None of the other hens seem to be ill. What do you think? My girls are 'free-ranging" anywhere betwn 1-2 hrs. a day. P.S.I've read that wild birds bring virus'. I also have wild bird feeders in my yard.
