This is my big problem with the BCM/KFC thread. I had plenty of people tell me not to breed Tate, but it took me forever to get someone to say why. I asked for honest opinions, and I could handle being told to eat him, but tell me why

Exactly... that is not helpful to anyone at all... giving solid info behind the criticism is the only way to learn and be able to move forward instead of banging your head into the same wall over and over... I've done my best to research and then listen and see who is most willing to teach and answer then ask them directly...

We're hoping for a good hatch, but we also understand the uphill battle of it... we're in it for the long haul, lol... and besides, it's awesome to be able to help him out...

Those eggs had to go all the way across the country and then all the way across the Pacific! I think it's awesome you sent some and I hope he beats the odds and has a great hatch!

I think you did excellent! I've never gotten a shipped Sebright to hatch... ever... and lost our feed store ones except 2 roos to a dog attack... :/

19 out of 19 fertile. Capt. Knuckles is really getting after it. 100% fertile and he's covering 19 pullets! 2 quitters. 17 good ones left on day 7.
