I don't think it's possible to go FULL blue. But if they are truely or one is truely broody, I plan to be as hands off as I can be.....lol If this goes on to become something, I might go crazy though....lol
Mine are silver spangled Appenzeller Spitz so they are white with the black (dalmation) spots. I love crests!!! lol
This is my roo:
And this is my hen:
If anything comes of my banty broody thing I might get another one before spring...lol
I'm actually considering getting another dozen of eggs from the girl that I got these from to hatch next spring. I wanted four girls and two boys but I hatched 11, sold 5 early on keeping what I was hoping was 4 girls and 2 boys only to find 5 crowers...lol So My nephew took the extra roos. Out of the 5 early ones I sold I was sure 4/5 were boys. So if I was right- I ended up with 2/11 hens out of that hatch....lol Now I have a female and male....
I think the SS is the prettiest! And I think they'd throw BSL with the right rooster! Oh, they look like little toys! And even the black ones look so regal!
That all depends on your intent.
Did you go looking to see where she was? Expecting that she MAY have gone into the wrong box? NOT BLUE. that clearly makes you a meddler!
Or did you just happen to find her in the wrong box, and merely correct the situation? If so, your reputation is preserved.

Had to go back and find your post cause it ate my quote for you! They don't get real large. 3 1/2 lbs quoted for hens 4 1/2 for roos. They are light. Don't like confinement. My pair (Elvis and Priscilla) are part of teh Easter hatch this year. Prissy likes to fly out of the run with Raven, but Elvis stays were he's supposed to...lol At first they were both skittish....then I started treating by hand and Prissy is right up on you and she will take food from your mouth if she gets a chance...lol
