If any of my shipped eggs out of my next hatch pip I will be surprised out of 48 I have 8. We will see they are due to start hatching on Friday....4 of those are lav orps..so I am crossing my fingers. I got my new cheapo Bator today. I hope to try it out soon...

Can't say as I know him. Any of you guys raise any quail? I just started and am finding it difficult to say the least. I have 101 eggs in the bator now but with the luck I had with the last group I need to do some learning on the fly

I used to raise a few to work my dogs on, but only tried once to incubate them; didn't have much luck.
If you don't find anyone here, try Ozexpat on the "Getting the flock out of here" thread; he's had a lot of experience (not all good) with Cotournix quail in the Phillipines
