She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

I'm up to 4 hatched and 3 more pips. But 2 of those are wrong end pippers, so :fl

And Ravyn, congrats!! Didn't know you were hatching! Were these yours or shipped?
I've done a ton of research on shipped and a lot of trial and error. Pm me if you want to talk before your next batch and good luck on the 8!
I will in the morning!! Thanks!!

So glad you got hatchers and pipping!!! Yay!!

I'm almost always hatching, lol... gonna shut the Leahy down for a few days to do a thorough clean and fumigation then prolly reset the 10th for Halloween hatching...

Can't send out eggs due to molting/few eggs/low fertility, so gonna set and see what I get...

Oh, they're my own eggs... I only do shipped rarely now... :D ;)

Can't say as I know him. Any of you guys raise any quail? I just started and am finding it difficult to say the least. I have 101 eggs in the bator now but with the luck I had with the last group I need to do some learning on the fly

I have 104 coturnix going right now.. What kinda issues are you having?

I had 26 recent hatches in the brooder and I now have 2. They just up and died. I enjoy looking at the little buggers but I ain't about stuff just up and dying. They looked great this mornIng and would be dead by dark baffled

They are Georgia Giants. The guy I got them from both birds and eggs has raised them for a while and said they are harder to raise than some other breeds

I'm familiar with GGs but never raised them. That is really weird for them to just drop dead.. My last hatch was over 200 and I had zero deaths.. The only time I had hatchlings die was the hatch after a Guinea egg blew up in the incubator, I just had to end up throwing the incubator in the trash. I wish I could help you out more.
