BTW these are from Ravyns  flock so I'll post pictures when the hatch is done . maybe Monday morning .

Yay!!!!!!

I got a video of the pullets fighting! This black one instigates and then doesn't back down. Didn't want to make it to long but they kept going for awhile, until the young cockerel (who's not the dominate one) came over and broke them up. My main cockerel is proving to be pretty mean and useless!

Oh wow. They are quite rambunctious...lol I don't think I've ever seen 2 chickens have a stare down for as long as those two did...lol

I know exactly how you feel!! Shipping is just terrible to eggs! They can be the best, healthiest, freshest eggs in the world and the shipping just scrambles those delicate cells inside. It's frustrating! :hugs good luck on the ones developing!
Been there, said that! Then placed my next order online! :gig
Jacksonville, Florida?? My only two busts with shipped eggs went through Jacksonville, Florida!
Please, take my advice. My son will be in 5th grade next year. Im honestly not a dorky mom. Don't concentrate on boys right now. I know that seems impossible but you will have the rest of your adult life to date and be in relationships. Concentrate on school, animals, your friends and family. When you're a little bit older, the right boy will want to date you because your a smart, kind, animal-loving, and caring girl. Don't rush it!
I do. But I didn't for a while. until I was absolutely certain and comfortable that I was 100% sure they were clears. Once you're sure, you can pull them anytime or wait till lockdown.
What incubator are you using? I've heard of people using store eggs and switching them out for new ones every few days with styro bators. The better your incubator, the less likely you'd need to add anything.
:fl good luck! Can't wait to see chick pics!!
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. She's a beauty. It does look a little grayish.
:lau
He's really becoming my least favorite and he used to be my favorite! I can't walk out in my yard without him doing his little dance around me and he bites the girls and could care less about anyone but himself!! I'm switching him out with one of these new chicks, hopefully. Anyway, do they look like 2 girls??

See I think that we just need to by pass Jacksonville altogether!!! :lau their PO sucks!
My first horse, Hombre, I trained as a 3 yro and competed on through college died the week of my wedding:(   The day I picked up my wedding dress, my now husband was picking himup from the Vet on a flatbed trailer:hit

Happily married now is what matters:)

:yuckyuck   GOOD ONE:)

Bless her heart.  I just don't get why they go for the eyes right off.  If it was a peck, it's like an ulcer and could heal with out affecting the vision.  Don't put anything with a steroid in the eye.  Good luck:fl

Thank you.  I seriously think if I can find breeders in Texas I might just drive the next time to get eggs.  Some of these have some really weird air cells:(

Ummmmm.... I am confused and mobile is not working right....I do not know what I am looking at.
Southern states should have regular vetericyn and might have the ophtamalic too.

I would get it to her as soon as possible.

It works great! !! I used it for a cockerel who got pecked in the eye and it cleared up and healed after a week.
400

Here's the 3 cabinets BYC910 got today...

Nice score!!! I need to find those here!!!;)

O WOW, I was 12 yro also when I got him.  He was TB/QH.  I won an Appaloosa filly through 4-H when I was 13.  She lived to be 28.  I competed in all speed events. THOSE WERE THE DAYS:)   We have a TB gelding now but with work and bills I just can't haul like I used to.  I've always wanted to rescue off the track.  Sorry to hear you had to give the last one up.  Poor Dad, glad he's better and you're back home.
I never got into the speed events, we mainly did HUS and hunter/jumper. Jumping was what I liked the best and we excelled at it. Several champions and reserve champions. I loved that crazy little Arab. He had a freeze brand on his neck that I looked up online years after my parents sold him and it said he was an American Mustang but I'm still not positive about that. Either way, he was looney, lol. Very spooky and flighty, but we meshed well together, I was just as crazy as he was, lol, thats why we did so well. I've never had another 1 like him. My parents only paid $800 for him. The best $800 ever spent in my opinion, lol.
