I like to put a splash of milk in the bowl with the raw chicken egg, stir it good, then put it in the nuker for about 1:30. The milk seems to enhance the fluffiness & keeps cooked egg from sticking so bad on the bowl. Wife thinks I'm nuts but it works for me & don't mess up a skillet.Congratulations! I prefer duck eggs to chicken eggs. I wish others would agree as I have 5 dozen on the table![]()
Besides the obvious size difference personally I think they are slightly sweeter and fluffier when you make scrambled eggs. Made some amazing quiches with duck eggs.
