I think the Hmong is a pullet. No hackle or saddle feathers. Feathers are fairly rounded. So I may have lucked out!!!!

I am doing a pullet test hatch. 5 Asian blue and 1 blrw x asian blue mix, that will be interesting. All fertile eggs made it to lock down. The blrw egg is pretty small and very full. Loretta Lynn is my only asian blue pullet and she started laying at 19 weeks and lays 6 days a week ever since. The Asian blue cockerel we processed at 7.5 months weighed 6.5 lbs. I would say they are great duel purpose birds.
