How large a set do you do at a time ? . We saw eggs at the action last year but wasn't even thinking about them then . I have Quail trays for the cabinets WV and Local have got me thinking about it .

I've never had one at all, nor their eggs... Be easier to decide if I want to go to the trouble of figuring out where I'd put them and making quarters for them if I knew anyone in the house liked them!

Try an Asian market if one is near you, they usually have processed quail and eggs
