What do you call it when you start one thing, then see something else and do that, then something else...etc... That's me. I go out to cut scapes, see some weeds, then weed for a while, then I hear the chickens so I feed them, and while doing that realize the darn latch on the coop door is sticking again, so...etc... At some point I sit down for a smoke, and then it hits me..."Oh yeah, scapes!" so the process starts again.

You call that my typical morning!

Your camera phone doesn't have a timer? Even my cheap old one has that.
Do iPhone cameras have timers?
I hope it takes it away. There is NOTHING boring about being a single mom. That's a crazy hard job. I really like feathered feet. I have a blue Marans roo that I need to get rid of but he has awesome leg feathers and loves the kids.
I cracked up at the karma photo! Literally! I only have feathered feeted chickens and when I see or hold someone else's that have bare feet, I feel like something's missing!
Someone asked about the drink cups and I forgot to reply when I was catching up. Sorry about that. They just call them drink cups at cuttler supply. They are cheap and I drill a hole just smaller than the threads and twist it into a 5 gallon water jug. Or gallon jug, or bucket, or whatever. Some folks hook them up on a pipe too. They move the lever with their beak and water fills the cup. Easy to clean and you don't need a vacuum seal for it. You could put it on a 55 gallon drum if you wanted (maybe too much pressure? not sure). They work well for me. I also got a toe punch from cutler to mark my chicks. http://cutlersupply.com/zen_new51/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=11_60_135&products_id=489 I don't think chickens quite get enough from the nipple waterers, but that's just my opinion. And besides that they drip often.
It was me. Thank you so much! I think I'm going to go with them! And thanks for the link as well!
Well, I have ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T5 18MP DSLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm IS II Lens Kit on sale up here for Canada Day. I'm saving C$255 and it has all the features I want. So look forward to hopefully better pics of my birds after next Monday.
I love my canon! IMO, they are the best!
