She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Someone asked about the drink cups and I forgot to reply when I was catching up. Sorry about that.

They just call them drink cups at cuttler supply. They are cheap and I drill a hole just smaller than the threads and twist it into a 5 gallon water jug. Or gallon jug, or bucket, or whatever. Some folks hook them up on a pipe too. They move the lever with their beak and water fills the cup. Easy to clean and you don't need a vacuum seal for it. You could put it on a 55 gallon drum if you wanted (maybe too much pressure? not sure). They work well for me. I also got a toe punch from cutler to mark my chicks.

I don't think chickens quite get enough from the nipple waterers, but that's just my opinion. And besides that they drip often.
I have thought about getting those. I wondered how dirty they would get. I have some nipple waterers around, and I have gotten them not to drip, but the older chickens really haven't taken to them. I've read to take away all other water sources, but I just can't make that plunge. I like to know that they are drinking.
No comment on Johnny Dangerously? I thought you of all people would get that one
