It's okay ....south carolinians are terrible drivers. WV don't let anyone outside of SC see you wear that!

You know, they really are. I have a lot of good things to say about South Carolina, but there are a lot of things on my list as well. The roads, the drivers and the way the DMV is set up(or was 7 years ago) being some. DH was a complete madman after getting his license. And the youth! My sweet jebus. . . the youth!

My feelings keep trying to get hurt at SC for the things he implies about Ga, but I can't even lie. He's right in a lot of ways. There are good places and bad, just like anywhere else. I, of course, live in a good place.

With over 300 birds, losing a few is inevitable. But last night somehow my BBW baby snuck into the big turkey pen. By the time we got back from our shoreline and dinner ride, she had been cornered and killed. Now I am debating whether to start another BBW to raise for next year's breeder flock or not. She was on diet restrictions and was growing beautifully with no health or hip issues.

Yeah, there's no such thing as "dry incubation" from June-September. I bet I could set 48 on the sidewalk and have a better hatch rate than a 9300

Seriously it would work.....that is why I do not add water to my incubator until lockdown. LoL!!!!

Fine. They will get too cold at night and be deformed, or fry during the day. Just like an LG

Hear ya.....even Savannah has its good and its bad. Although I do have to say I could definitely live in NC because I miss the mountains....or even north GA. But.....its not the same as Alaska.

I am sorry. That sucks. I would raise another flock but thats just me!!! LoL!!!!

Hey, believe me, we have more than our share of honey boo boos over here. You should see the ones they pick to interview for the flag debate. I like to pick, it's what I do, but I absolutely love Savannah, and the northern part is beautiful, but all that stuff in the middle... Whew!
