this has got to be a gang of city cats that's sad a cat that doesn't know how to be a cat not sure which one I'd shoot first.

Anything wild if caught young enough can be domesticated.
If you can keep it alive long enough...lol

They are trying to make the point that wild mice and rats differ from pets, which I am well aware of the diseases and habits of wild rodents and the danger of them. I just happen to be one of those people that would find it hard to kill anything (arachnids and insects not included) unless it was attacking myself or a loved one. I had a landlord years ago that was having her estranged husband kill the red squirrels that had found it's way into her attic. They were destroying the wiring and everything else. I understood but it still made me

. I had to put poison in the closet where our hot water heater was after we moved here. About killed me to make the decision, but mice in the kitchen is not a good thing.

Got my GQF parts today, took about half an hour while on a conference call to replace the turner motor and clock motor. Turner now works great. I'll install the heating element tonight after dinner and test the stock thermostat, then replace it with the new #3255 multi turn thermostat.

Of course, I have another new and unwanted project. The frame broke clear through on both sides on our 1997 John Deere garden tractor (lots of frame stress due to a grade change the township did to install a flat 6' wide sidewalk midway up a 30 degree slope). So I pulled the body off to check out the damage, I will pull the rear wheels and maybe the transaxle and build a jig, and do some sandblasting and learn to weld to fix it. I really need some U shaped channel to make it strong...

I want to hear the GQF is cooking eggs. But I'm sure It won't be long now. you get into the hardest things C cannel most likely six by two inch If you can find it watch the puddle when welding. vertical stick rods 6011 fast freeze flat work all purpose 6013 smaller than 1/8 what's that 3/32 I would bolt it together first then weld it . practice first on like metal or use a wire welder If you were in tn. I would give you what you need and have my brother inlaw weld it for you. somehow I know you can do it don't ask me how I know just do.

Rats can be intimidating...lol My cat is a good mouser. But she never went after our rat and she's never messed with the chicks. When we first moved in here she was catching a good 3 a week. The worst part was when she'd half eat them and then puke them back up...lol It's been a while since I've seen any. I guess that's what happens when a house sits empty for a while.
