Great news, the seller of the yucky eggs asked ebay to intervene. She sent a whole lot of nasty grams and basically wanted me to defraud the usps. I certainly wasnt about to do that, the box wasnt damaged and there were no cracked eggs.
I ignored her, not bothering to reply to all the emails. I figured that I had stated my case and would leave it at that. Ebay found the dispute in my favor and have issued me a refund. This is the first time i have ever had to open a dispute.
Even better news, our eggs are now in mobile, AL. @RavynFallen

I'm so happy it worked out for you!! When you do the right thing, things eventually should work in your favor. Good luck on the new eggs!!

Update on my hatch egg no 3 hatched no problem e , so thats 3/3 , will post pics when daughter gets up and helps me as I,m not good on technical stuff

This is a busy thread - I'm gone for a day and there's almost a hundred posts.  And I stayed up reading them.   Ravyn you're a Momma pea hen - cute. sorry about your lost eggs.  SF like your silkie pics - reminds me of bag of cotton balls scattered all over the place.  And what does DIS mean?    
Humidity question - with a quarter cup of water in 1 channel the Brinsea was at 55% humidity.  Everyone said it was too high, so I let it drop.  Now it is dry and the humidity reads 42%.  The vent is open all the way.  So I guess that is my room's humidity level.  The only way to change it would be to move it and that might not work - it could even be worse, and I'm not buying a dehumidifier.  So I guess I'm running dry until lockdown.  Seems odd not to have any water in it.

I'm surprised my incubator is running 30% dry right now. Last month it ran 45-50% DRY. Let me know if you want to know about this moisture control stuff you can put in the incubator to lower humidity, if your interested.
