Another month until school starts here. We also have an 8 yo starting 3rd grade. Also have an 11 yo (12 in 12 days) starting 7th. Where does the time go?!?

My "baby" will be 24 in 6 days. Talk about time flying! Ugh.

Some recipes will need adjusting for smaller eggs, of course, but still should be fine. Oh, and with the first ones, crack them individually into a bowl first, before dumping them into a cake mix, or anything.  New shells can be [family friendly version] a real pain!  Hubby's big hands cant crack them without getting shell in everything!

When we use bantam eggs m, we do two instead of one large egg. If you were to sell them, I see them for about $2 or $1.50per dozen

Not planning a late night due to my 8 year old being back in school! She started last Thursday in the 3rd grade....I am so proud of her and sad at the same time. She's growing up too quickly. I am so blessed.
