she's a male slide some 2x4s riped down to 1 and 1\4 inch through the cage for roost works good .I have the same cage. I got mine at Bargain Hunt for $20 ..if there's one close to you check it out. never know what you'll find . Saturday I got a pair of Churchills for $15 new in the box in my size in of all places Murfreesboro Tn. hundreds of miles from the beach .

ETA: I did test out the wizbang chicken plucker I bought over the weekend on a SLW roo I did not need. Works like a charm.
