She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Thanks and I don't think that I am a dreadful ex smoker. But I maybe...How would I qualify?
The lavender are doing great. They are really helping miss miracle. She is running around now eating and drinking. She is really tiny and she cries alot. I hope she grows out of it.

That's great! I'm glad little Miracle has some friends.
I'm not sure what makes you qualify. I think ex-smokers complain more about smokers than non-smokers do. Maybe its just been my experience.

I just spit on their shoes..

Ok, guys, I'm almost ashamed to post this, but here is the link to where Tate came from. He put up a new ad. I knew nothing at the time, and from the pics that's obvious

At least I'm already moving forward. Tate looks much better than his siblings, and I picked up a few older, better quality hens. Hopefully they can help him produce a more SOP rooster, but if not I will try and find one next year.

SW i missed your quote but i wanted to say that u know i moved 100 miles from "home" eh? It can be too much but its Great in Small doses.
I can't remember if I posted these or not, but speaking of frogs... This little guy was stuck to the glass door at camp. I had never seen this happen before, so of course I had to take pics. :D I was also changing the chlorine tab in my water storage tank this past weekend, reached in to grab the floaty thing, and there was a little frog sitting on top of it! Startled the crap outta me! I guess we had left the lid off just long enough for one to get in there, and then he couldn't get out. He was white! Didn't have my phone on me, so I didn't get a pic of him. :(
I love frogs, thanks for sharing!!! (sorry to bring it back up Ruby!!!) i had to comment that if u leave him be w the light on u might get to watch him catch a bug!

Crossing my fingers for you!!

Good morning byc. I use a 55 gallon drum that has a lid that for some reason is not a tight fitting one. I use this drum attached to pvc lines with water nipples for my chickens. I was wondering what you would recommend to keep the water fresh and sanitary. I have been adding some bleach once a week. I am not sure whether that's enough or not. I have ordered some oxine ah from amazon to use instead. I will also use this to sanitize all incubation equipment after a hatch. Looking forward to advice ??? I am wanting to run a buried water line out to the coops eventually.

I don't know how healthy it is for chooks to be drinking bleach and oxine.
I would use water treatment tablets which you get from camping or military surplus stores.
The other way to go would be chlorine, but you need to keep the doses low.
I'm sure someone will also recommend vinegar, if you go with that do lime (the stuff for pools not the fruit) once a month instead
