She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

And I just found a new local grass fed beef and pork supplier...luscious rib eyes, velvety soft and well marbled, perfectly aged and BETTER THAN BACON.

Now if you knew me you would know that is a really high bar. Bacon, Sushi, and Steak are my three major food groups. I finally found a steak that is better than the best bacon or best sushi I've ever had!

Now, I can see the cost difference if the meat tastes better. I've had fabulous beef in Iowa, and tuna that will make me turn my nose up at a steak, and if organic feed did that to chicken, I would pay for it.
Now, if the only difference it makes is making their feathers smell like patchouli oil, then I'm buying me some Purina

I really hate Whole Foods. Not even because of the hippie type atmosphere, but because of the overpriced stuff. I don't know what kind of stores you guys hve out there, but I would much rather go to Fresh Market and buy the good expensive stuff than what Whole Foods carries. People around here that shop at Whole Foods just like saying "Have you been to Whole Foods?"
I will say, though, that I like the Wasabi Nori Seaweed :thumbsup

Actually, I do most of my shopping at Trader Joes. Sometimes I run into Sprouts because it's closer.

My family does try to go as organic as we can and non-gmo if possible. I don't like folks messing with things God made perfect. I could be wrong and I'm really not a conspiracy theory kind of guy, but all these bees dying started about the same time Monsanto bought up all the small seed producers and started ruling the AG world. Could it be the gmo crap killing the bees? I never have seen a scientist bring it up in an interview. Why? They do however blame it on global warming even though we haven't warmed significantly for 15 years. I don't want to go down that rat hole, but there ya go.

I won't go down that rathole either, but big ag has profits first and foremost, nothing else.

Yummy!!!

So I am going to give it 8 to 12 hours to hatch on its own unless I notice distress. This sucks.

:hugs

When candling you do so from the bottom with the air cell up correct?

Seen lots of different ways, but I always keep air cell up... depending on what I'm trying to see, light from top or bottom...
