I've seen that, or one similar to it, but I believe it was on a ViewMaster slide, rather than a postcard. Did yours have a family dressed in clothes from the 40's or 50's, standing beside their car?

Our curlysue aka serama hatch is over and they leave in an hour or so! She ordered 10 and I tell everyone whatever hatches out of your batch you get! She will be happy lol but ohhhhh the chicken math!









 
Thanks everyone for the hugs! I tried. More hands-on experience under my belt. It was worth it! Been talking to a local quail breeder. Turns out she's trying to start a breeding flock of silkies too. Nice to make a local connection! I'd love to hatch some local eggs and see how they differ from shipped...I think a parade may be in my future this spring!! ;)

I saw the update and pics. So happy it turned out ok!!! What happened with the cradle? Was it old? It's the cradle for the brinsea, right?

Super cute!!! So what were the final numbers for the hatch from lockdown?
 
I had to throw two eggs out that never turned and pipped, I didnt investigate, I don't assist my chicks and if there is any weak or sick after hatch they get culled because I breed and sell.....
I missed that post of yours, sorry about the tinyone :(
