She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

I am sure there will probably be some clears also. Some of the air cells looked pretty jumbled when they arrived so .....:( I have to wait unail day 10!!! I start the turner tomorrow! !!
Hmmm......not sure if I will ever try that. Lol!!! I eat some pretty bizarre foods but that one....I don't think I can do.

Ugh... I hope not... like I said, just let me know... Silkies are actually picking up their laying now... :gig

Makes no sense... all the lf are slowing more and Silkies are on an upswing... :/

You do realize I'm kidding? I would not want to do cook a poor little unhatched duckie.

No

That is my reaction to that word, period... :sick

@meganhundley

Your fluffy but is so cute!!!!! I can't wait to see the others. Lol!!!
Thank you :D I'll post some pics of the others tomorrow morning. I looked at #2's naval and he looks normal now! And a forth has hatched!!! With a 5th on the way and another pip waiting to zip :weee

So happy to read this:)
I know, I was so relieved to see #3 looking normal and now #2 is fine as well. The 4th hatched with no naval problems what so ever so I'm waiting for him to dry real good so I can put him in the brooder with his brothers and sisters. This zipper should be out any minute. The 1 I'm waiting on now pipped at like noon today and he hasn't done much since so I'm giving him time to do what he wants when he wants. I'm hoping he'll start zipping soon. And this 4th 1 has a BIG mouth, you can hear him peeping all the way across the house, lol

@RavynFallen I candled some eggs today and it will day 4 tonight at 1130 and we have heartbeats!!!!! On CLBS and Silkies!!!! I only candled a few one of each and my own pullet eggs and the 3 are all growing well. I can't wait till day 7 and see what we have for sure!!!!

:weee That's so awesome! I love watching the heartbeat :fl for a great hatch for you :)

I have 2 more runners pipping. :)
:fl Come on pippers!!

We are on day 4 also.  I candled a few but couldn't see a thing:(   I don't have candling down so I'm hoping it's just me.
The heartbeats are hard to see at first. They're very small, it's like a vein with a small bulge in it and the bulge pulsates, very faintly at first. That's the only way I can think to describe it. I didn't see any of that with my first hatch though, the eggs were so dark and they were speckled on top of that so I couldn't even see veins til like day 10.
ETA: You'll get the hang of candling soon. And oncr you do, if you're anything like me, that's all you'll want to do ;) lol
