She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

I wasn't planning on selling my superb year and a half old Golden Narragansett tom, but I am a born trader.

I put Scooter, Baby, and a nice Standard Bronze hen up on the local Facebook poultry swap page, and it looks like they will have a new home come Friday.

Son of Scooter and the Oregon Gray will be the "herd sires", and I'll keep half a dozen or so of the best hens for next year's breeders. I'm also scouting for nice White Holland or breeder quality BBW to mate with the Oregon Gray tom.

Wow, he's gorgeous! And Baby? Oh my goodness... but I guess that's business.

He's not only beautiful, but he is a true gentleman. Unfortunately he's not tall enough to hop on board the BBB hen and stick his 8 second ride with any regularity. She's a big girl, about 35 pounds. But she was a great layer all season and is in much better condition now than she was when I got her.

Baby was born too late, and doesn't fit with the flock as she is so much younger and smaller. She's been in solitary, so getting her out of here is in her best interests.

I'm not a turkey person, but he's beautiful.

Well yes, I guess that would make a difference. And I understand about Baby too. I hated getting rid of my Gemma, but she didn't fit in my plans either. So finding them another home is better for all.

Oh, I just saw what you had written and just assumed you were talking about me again
