Good news on my shipped eggs! All the rolling air cells are nailed down solid by blood vessels!
That's great! I'm going to candle my shipped eggs tomorrow, but I'm afraid I'm going to see a lot of clears.

Interesting. That's what we give milk cows when they have milk fever. Never would have thought to give it to chickens. Do you administer orally? With cows, it's an IV to the jugular vein.

Thank you folks. It's becoming a real chore, to keep the two-year-old out of the brooder

But yes, they love watching the baby chicks
