Not fully hands on during incubation and hatch, and not fully hands off. The Purple Team will tend to spend more time observing, and only step in to assist if it appears that a chick is truly in danger.

Red is hands on, Blue is hands off and purple is in between.

Yes but I never color coded my hatchlings. Lol. what do u mean I'm not qualified for BLUE. WHANNNNN. I LOVE BLUE. LOL
