I have a duckling still in the shell, he was shrink wrapped at 7am this morning. It is now 10pm and hes made no improvement in trying to hatch completely. I done a little looking and he's also GLUED. Breathing well. I just need to know what to do.
 
I have helped them out when they were like that. You just have to be really careful. You can use a washcloth and warm water to help unstick em. Then you can wash them in soap and water after you get them out. Good luck. I shut the bators down today. After high demand last year, it seems no one on Craigslist wants anything to do with chickens this year, or eggs.

Yeah, just carefully dampen it all around and slowly work it off after it softens up... just keep the water from getting in its nares...

is this the one you made a hole for? How long has it been? I'm confused, they usually aren't shrink wrapped and glued?? Can you send a pic??
