Thank you
Spay surgery is done! She is recovering and she is half naked, bearing little resemblence to the photos I first posted! I had the vet cut out the really impossible knots (often 2 inches long of rock hard matting, and there were umpteen numbers of them) while she was under anesthesia. Now of course she wants to go out and it's 10 degrees. First we have to recover from surgery and then we need fur. I have looked around for little fleece sweaters! Unfortunately the vet also found plenty of roundworms so I have to get some wormer. (She was wormed on 12/2 by a vet's office that said only once dose was needed with the product they used - I questioned this, doubting the voracity....but they assured me. They make so many mistakes but a kind neighbor had brought her there hoping a clean bill of health would help find her a home...these were the folks that said she was spayed...)....
Unfortunately my beloved kitty Samantha is stressed big time about this new kitty and I don't see any improvement in how she's feeling - this is not good.
