She wobbles when she walks?

My son has chickens and one of the hens now wobbles when she walks. Her tail feathers are on the ground. She walks like a duck so to speak. He said that days before she had been spitting up and seemed sick but now she just wobbles. Help anyone?

how old is she? check to see if she is egg bound, feel her abdomen for an eggif it is stuck try a warm bath to relax her abd muscles. I wouls separate her from the rest until you know what is going on

She is over a year old and her condition is still the same. I read that if a hen is egg bound that they will usually die within 48 hours?
