So I found a 10x10 shed free on Facebook. (The guy thought nobody would be able to get it through his gate as his gate was "8 ft wide". Turns out he didn't measure it. We ended up with two inches of clearance. Rolled in out on 6in PVC)

This is our progress so far. I waterproofed the interior. Our perch is a little too close on the one side so when we add the other, we'll take that into consideration. We didn't account for the arch. But anyway...

I could only see so much in that vid but it looks like you're going to need to address ventilation. Maybe there's some things we can't see? More pictures might help.

Looks like a good start though. How many birds and what is the plan for a run?
We have plans for ventilation just haven't got there yet. I have a 6x18ft run. Chain link which will be completely covered (walls and top) with hardware cloth and include a 2ft apron around the perimeter. I will cover the top with some sort of tarp and wrap bottom ⅔ of run for winter. I have woodchips for run. I have a total of 27 birds all different ages boys and girls, standard and bantam. They won't all be staying.

So do you mean some of them will be meat birds or?

Thats a lot of chickens for a 10x10 coop. I mean technically the math almost works but it just seems like it would be tight. This is coming from someone who has a 6x6' coop with 6 birds.

Looking forward to seeing the progress.

There are a lot of roos. 10. I will be either processing or taking to a local rooster relief farm in my area. As for the run, they will be just fine. They spend a lot of time free ranging. If I find more 6x6 panels on FB marketplace though I'd snag them and expand.
