Shed Intestinal Lining?

I noticed one of my chickens had an odd poop this morning, so I went and checked the famous poo chart. http://www.chat.allotment.org.uk/index.php?topic=17568.0 The poo looked exactly like the shed intestinal lining picture. Why does this happen? Just curious!

Mine have had those on occasion too. I guess it's normal!
