AwwwwwwwwHello everyone! Good to see a sheep thread here!
Muffin looked like a special sheep!
I have been blessed with some very nice sheep as well. Right now we have a mixed flock of 29 head mostly for wool and meat and of course it's breeding season so they are all losing their minds and getting into trouble (boys breaking down fences, etc.)
We store hay in a coverall (it's like a hoop house, greenhouse looking thing without the clear sides, and one of the breeding groups figured out how to sneak in through the corners (all of the girls to be clear) so I went in there this morning and one of them was even over head-high on top of the bales.
Anyways, I got them all moved over and crisis averted 'til the next silly thing they decide to do I guess.
I've posted some pictures in NFC's thread, and I'll probably cross-post them if no one minds. (I really wish the 3rd picture wasn't blurry, so I attached another one.) Some lambies:

This last lamb was my favorite. She looks just like her dad and scares me when I see her and her dad isn't supposed to be in there (it is just her, not her dad, phew, lol.) She's a Corriedale - Cotswold cross.
Sorry for the long post!![]()
