I have had sheep in the past but not for a good few years and don't own them anymore.
And here she is today. I hope to get her bonded to a herd or at least one other animal asap, then after a year or more of building herself into good health on a decent pasture, I hope to breed her. At the moment I'm still her mum, as far as she's concerned. Doesn't like to let me out of her sight, lol.We have 5 ewe and a buck. hoping to get 5-10 lambs born around the end of January through early February. we will be keeping the best ewe lambs and switching out bucks with our in laws, or possibly purchasing another buck as a lamb. i'd like to cross of Suffolk crosses back to a north county cheviot and then back to Suffolk. trying to produce clean heads and legs on well grown lambs.
