We were staying at one of the Disney resorts, so ours was part of his usual route. My guess is he was coming back to park the bus for the night. It was very kind of him to drive us, for sure! Probably would have had to return in a cop car otherwise. Ugh, I never would have heard the end of that.... nevermind having to face the wrath of the band director. Great guy, but also loved to scream at children like we were in the military.

Thank you, bus driver man, for saving me the embarrassment!
