Shell-less egg with extra "stuff"

I believe this was laid by one of my younger pullets. I have seen shell-less eggs, but I have never found one with the extra external and internal parts this one has.

One step further would have been good, cut that lump in half lengthwise.

I did, but failed to photograph. It appeared to be a tight wad of membrane material and had no odor.
