I've never kept chickens in a greenhouse myself, but I don't see why it couldn't work! It would definitely be worth a try.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to our flock. A green house can be a workable option, but as the other members have indicated, heat and moisture build up can be a real problem. You need to make sure that your green house is very well ventilated even in the winter. Feathers are wonderful insulators and moisture is a much greater danger than cold. It is so funny. I was actually thinking about using a small portable greenhouse as a brooder! Talk about timing.
