Is she breaking into them or are they thin-shelled so they break under her weight? Egg eating hens are far more rare than hens that lay eggs that break as soon as they try to leave the nest. Any self respecting hen will not leave that mess behind without eating the evidence, I mean, cleaning the mess up.
