She's suffering

She's a 10 days old and we have done everything. I woke up this morning she's has taken a turn for the worse. I have never put anything down before. How do I end her suffering quickly. I'm in tears right now. Please help.

If this is the END the best way I found is a pair of needle nose pliers and squeeze the neck one good time and let drop in a container and do not look for several minutes ...
